Last weekend, we’re proud to be invited to conduct a Facebook Workshop for beginners alongside Professor KF Lai (赖国芳) at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University Malaya, Malaysia.
The objective of the workshop is to help our fellow SMEs learn the most efficient way to run their Facebook marketing plans via accurate business page settings, target audience preferences and quality leads!
While Professor KF Tan speaks about Big Data, TAV’s Facebook Content Specialist Snow Pang shares her marketing insights based on her vast experiences with our SME clients ranging from beauty, healthcare, F&B, household and more!
Snow also shared insights on how SMEs manages their Facebook Page with limited budget and manpower.
The class covers the very basics like creating a page and ads accounts, but further explores and shares her experiences dealing with inaccurate filters, low quality page likes and engagements – which are very crucial as not all SMEs are cash rich!
Overall, the workshop was a success! Even though it’s just a beginner’s class, some participants feedback that Snow has given them tips which they’ve never tried or experimented before on their Facebook Business page! Thanks to the fruitful Q&A session which came with lots of practical solutions – thanks to all our existing SME clients who gave us the opportunity to improve their Marketing strategies via continuous trial and errors!
We would like to thank WYK Catering for sponsoring our lunch and snacks throughout the 8-hour course.
We’re so proud to be working with a SME boss who truly believes in acquiring good Facebook Marketing services and supports us in many ways, so we can help other SMEs too! We are truly blessed.
Throughout years of experiences with our SME clients, we’ve developed a mutual understanding that not all ads are effective if you do not understand your target audience, their spending power and content preferences.
While Big Data Marketing and Facebook Leads are our core businesses, Branding has always been our second most-wanted services as any SME establishment that wishes to prolong their business knows the impact of long-term branding.
